collagecity is being constructed on top of a polluted cyber swamp outside of freeland. acmeartists fredfree and maxman are reclaiming the land one zone at a time using the latest in paving over and painting over methods. zone 1 represents the civic district of collagecity.

the six minor areas of zone 1 represent the numerous parks and recreation features of all simcities. the 12 areas combined complete zone 1. future zones are planned and will represent the residential, industrial, commercial, airport, seaport and landfill areas of collagecity.

zone 1 is comprised of six major and six minor areas. the original area was finished last year and represents the mayoral component of collagecity (area 3). the five remaining major areas built for this exhibition represent utilities, health, police, fire and education services.
